Very interesting vintage wash stand finished in antique white chalk paint.
This lovely wash stand has a slate top and stunning tiled back , towel rails to both sides with castors on the feet. We have painted in a shabby chic effect in antique white chalk paint then waxed in Annie Sloan wax. The slate top is the original top, we have simply turned it over as the original paint finish wasn’t very nice, you can see the makers mark carved into the slate, there are a couple of minor scratches on the slate, for it’s age condition is very good.
